Throughout his career, Dr. Tibbels has been affiliated with several prominent medical facilities. He is board-certified in Family Medicine, and Hospice & Palliative Medicine; showcasing his dedication to broadening his knowledge and skillset to serve his patients comprehensively. His areas of expertise include managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart failure, and dementia, as well as providing preventive care and personalized treatment plans.

Johnathan brings expertise in primary care. His journey includes roles as a Hospitalist at Wise Health System, where he served as a 360 Department Nurse Practitioner and in the Transitional Care Clinic.

Johnathan's early career involved pivotal roles as a Flight Nurse and Paramedic at CareFlite and as a Firefighter/Paramedic with the Flower Mound Fire Department. He has also contributed significantly as the EMS Chief at Parker County ESD #1.

Educationally, Johnathan graduated from Walden University's Family Nurse Practitioner Program and holds a Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. His commitment to continuous learning is evident through certifications such as FNP-C, CPR, ACLS, and PALS.

Beyond the medical field, Johnathan finds joy in travel, quality time with family, and the calming pursuit of fishing. His multifaceted career and dedication to both clinical excellence and community service exemplify a holistic approach to healthcare.

Cameron is a skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families. As a proud graduate of Angelo State University, Cameron earned both his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and his Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization. 

As an AANPCB-certified provider, he brings over nine years of experience as a Registered Nurse, specializing in family practice, adult and geriatric care, and palliative support. His approach combines advanced clinical expertise with a genuine commitment to building trusting relationships with patients, promoting wellness, and effectively managing chronic and acute conditions.

Cameron’s extensive background in family medicine and rehabilitation settings includes proficiency in a wide range of clinical skills, such as laceration repair, joint injections, biopsies, and chronic disease management. 

With hands-on experience in primary care and hospice, Cameron has a deep understanding of the diverse needs of patients of all ages. His compassionate care style and strong communication skills ensure that each patient receives a personalized and respectful healthcare experience.
